How to disable tracking globally?

We work with generally short and very simple cue lists, and would like to disable tracking on the whole board, so that whatever the stage looks like is what is recorded (super simple). Is there a way to do this? By default, tracking is set to "Global" for all cue lists, but I can't seem to find the menu location to specify what the global setting is.

There is currently no user setting for the default tracking setting for cue lists. It has been requested before and is on our feature requests list.

To clarify in the context of the cue Tracking option, Global means that it will follow the playback option for tracking.
