This isn't the biggest issue in the world, but Titan Mobile opens up our dual monitor setup with the windows in the wrong screens.
Our setup is a Titan Mobile board with Titan Mobile Wing, 1 touchscreen monitor and one 1 non-touchscreen monitor. I'm not sure how Titan Mobile chooses which windows to open where. But we have configured our setup to have our Wing on the left, and associated windows opened on the left monitor. Then we have our Titan Mobile board on the right with its associated windows on the right monitor. We have saved our show with this layout, but each time we open Titan Mobile, the windows are switched.
We have our touchscreen monitor as the primary screen (monitor 1 in windows settings). I would think this is where Titan Mobile would open the primary window... any ideas how to fix this?
Like I said, not a huge issue, but we're just trying to make the experience of using the console as seamless as possible. Thanks a ton!

Re: Titan Mobile Dual Monitor Loading Issue
So to summarize...
For some reason, the Titan Mobile software loads the "External display" window onto the primary monitor every time the software loads, while the main window loads on our secondary display...

Re: Titan Mobile Dual Monitor Loading Issue
Which monitor is used for the main and external displays is determined by the order of the monitors in Windows. This isn't configurable in Titan however some graphics drivers allow the order to be changed or if they are both external displays then you could switch around the connectors.

Re: Titan Mobile Dual Monitor Loading Issue
Got it, thanks for the reply.
We are using a desktop PC to run Titan Mobile, so there is no built in monitor. We have a DVI and an HDMI monitor. Our HDMI monitor is the largest and primary monitor. Unfortunately, the DVI slot is detected as monitor 1 by windows, and HDMI as #2. We can't swap the plugs since they're different types, and there's only 1 hdmi and 1 DVI slot on our video card. I'm looking into enabling integrated graphics, since we have an HDMI port built into that. That might end up being recognized as #1 if our motherboard will allow both the integrated graphics and video card to run simultaneously.
It would be really nice if there was an option to change or save the location where the screens load- it sounds like the software assumes we are using a laptop. It would be great if the main screen just loaded on the "Primary Monitor" as set in Windows display settings.

Re: Titan Mobile Dual Monitor Loading Issue
Is it not possible to change which is the primary display in Windows? Looking at Display Settings on the Windows 7 machine I'm using now there is a 'Make this my main display' option when I select any of the non-primary displays.
Re: Titan Mobile Dual Monitor Loading Issue
Setting which monitor is primary/main doesn't change the order in Windows and therefore has no effect on where the main and external displays of Titan appear.
It is not normally possible to run both onboard and external graphics simultaneously although some laptops can switch between them depending on whether power saving or performance is required.
The reason it orders the displays as it does is for the consoles and the PC Suite software uses the same code.

Thanks Gregory, that makes a lot of sense. An advanced setting, buried deep in a menu somewhere to correct this when working on PC would be awesome! Although it makes sense that this wouldn't be a top priority. Thanks for the response. Probably what we need is to get a video card with 2 hdmi outputs.
