Update Tiger Touch II from V9.1 to V10

I'm trying to update Tiger Touch II from v9.1 to V10. Downloaded V10 and installed it on a USB stick and went in to BIOS on Tiger Touch II and made it boot from the USB. But when I start the console with the USB pluged in it won't boot up. Do anyone know a solution to this?

Check that the BIOS settings include the Usb device in the boot order.

If that's ok try using Rufus to make the stick bootable first before running the recovery creator.
