Pearl tiger not open

Hello there. I have a pearl tiger light table but it does not open. It shows the problem in the picture. How to follow a path is necessary. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to do what is written here, but every time it shows the photo in the photo. Would it be useful if I did ECN-0180?

Whenever the power button is turned on and off, the clock is always the same. Could it be because the battery is over?

It looks like you just need to license the console. First check the battery voltage on the motherboard, with the console switched off this must not be any lower than 3.6volts. If it is lower than this you will have to replace the battery.

To license the console follow the steps below;

Save the two attached files onto a USB stick – with the console switched off insert the USB stick into the console with the two attached files saved on the stick – now switch on the console.
Once booted turn the key switch to System mode, the console will now boot into the AVOS menu from where you can get the console ID. Now go to the link below and submit a license request;
