Pearl tiger not open

Hello there. I have a pearl tiger light table but it does not open. It shows the problem in the picture. How to follow a path is necessary. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to do what is written here, but every time it shows the photo in the photo. Would it be useful if I did ECN-0180?

Whenever the power button is turned on and off, the clock is always the same. Could it be because the battery is over?

I am unable to attach the files mentioned above, best thing to do would be to contact Lee in service.
