Hey everyone,I have a Tiger Touch Pro that has been a blessing and a curse. We bought the board and within two months the screen was broken in transport to a show. So it was sent off and it took 4-5 months to get it back, and stayed stable for a good while,then out of no where It began to crash occasionally (I can email or text anyone the pictures of the various error messages) and usually It would crash a hour or two into programming, I could restart once or twice and get through the show. So in talking to a Avo savy Friend he advised me to swap the Ram, Hardrive, and Sata cable. So with everything switched out I re did the bios multiple times, I have tried version 8.0, 9.0 recoveries they both give me the " dongle not found " error. So to fix the " dongle not found error" everything I've read says to update the "dmx panel" firmware, but when you go to usb control panel/service and select the panels there isn't a update. So I read that when you update it should update your "dmx panel" so I tried 9.0 and then updating to 9.1to try and get it to update the panels but no luck. So now I am trying recovery Creator 10.0 and I get the "ups board not found" error. Why am I getting that error? I thought anything Avolites with "pro" on it would be version 10 ready?

Some direct questions would be
A. How do i know i have the most up to date "dmx panel" or various "panel."
B. Where do i find the firmware or .hex files to update the "panels?"
C. what is a "ups board" and how do i know i have one.


I also have a Avolites Pearl Expert running titan that has various issues and we just put around $2900 in getting it repaired, it has various lights that strobe and the "c" and "d" universes do not work, it doesnt see the second dmx card. I will make a new post concerning it once this Tiger touch becomes stable.

I forgot to ask, Should i install 9.0, do the v9 bios update, then the 9.1 update?
