Got a new error when I try to start TM.. I did reinstall Titan PC suite but still nothing!
So I got a log file for you on Wetransfer (since last time it's been working on same laptop W10/Titan v10..)
Also, it still work on my old laptop (W7, Titan 9.1)
May be the last Windows 10 update?

It looks like the hardware fingerprint of your computer has changed which might be as a result of some kind of update. The simplest fix at this point would be to force the software to ask for a new licence, you can do this by setting the date back one month in the past, starting the Titan Mobile software and then closing it again after a couple of minutes, setting the correct date and starting the Titan Mobile software again. At this point you should be asked for a new licence which you can request from the website.

It's workin' great on my new laptop (except this common 'failed to load show')!
But unfortunately got another issue now..
I've used to run Titan v10 on a second W10 laptop before I bought this one but since the first issue appeared they both could'nt work anymore.
And it looks more that windows (and USB expert) do not recognize any TM on this one.. so my token file is not complete to ask for another licence..
What can I do please?

If the Titan Mobile isn't showing up in USB Expert Console, try the option to Repair USB Drivers from the Tools menu. If that is not successful open Device Manager and see if the Titan Mobile shows up, possibly as an unknown or not installed device.

It says drivers are not installed for both panels, and windows cannot find them. It needs 'Windows interactive'...
And it tells me to get drivers on the manufacturer website..

I've tried that tuto but still don't work..
Windows says it has found a driver for my device but got an error installing it.. same as before!
It needs 'Windows Interactive' station..?!

Information online concerning that error message, This operation requires an interactive window station, suggests that it is due to Windows not being able to write to the DriverStore directory of your computer due to incorrect permissions. You may be able to correct the permissions on that directory however that is not all that straightforward, the other options are to either Reset or reinstall Windows completely both of which will wipe all of your installed applications. If this is the problem then I expect you will get the same error when installing any new device driver.

Now TM is running well.. I did a complete W10 reinstall and made Win update inactive following that!
I'd say we need desactivation cause we can avoid updates on a reset...
And you don't want to wait 10 mins for a console reboot!!
