"low on disk space"After installing V9.0

Postby jesperspier » 26 May 2015, 14:10

Hi Avo,

Afster Installing V9.0 by standard recovery the health check says that it's low on disk space...
"Drive C:\ has 1.3 GB (12.7%) free space

Do i need to do a full recovery or is the disk just too small?
I have a Tiger touch (first edition (T701))

Thanks for your help! :D

No harm in doing a full recovery (obviously backup showfiles first!)

If you do a full recovery you will need a copy of the licence file to save you having to request a another one. You can get this from the email you were sent before or prior to running the recovery, copy the file from D:\TitanData\Tokens (this folder will be hidden but you can type the path into the address bar).

I'm having the same issue. New computer win 10. After installing v9.1 it keeps reading the D partition drive for Windows recovery. Meanwhile I have 650 gb + free on my C drive. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and keeps reading the D drive. Not the C drive that's got more than enough. Any ideas?

There was a bug that meant that HealthCheck would incorrectly check all drives when running PC Suite, this should be fixed in Titan v10.
