License problem

License problem

Hi,
I have an Avolites Titan Mobile and a PC with Windows 10 installed where I Avolites Pc Suite V9.
After some hours of use (there is not an accurate time) it seems that the software license is no longer recognized and the only solution to keep on working, request a new license to Avolites because the old one is no longer valid.
My PC is an Intel NUC NUC6I3SYK with 256Gb SSD Samsung M2 and 8Gb of ram.
Has anyone had this kind of problems?

This might happen if the hardware fingerprint of the computer has changed. Can you double check whether there have been any recent changes to your computer including any Windows Updates being installed in the background?

Hi,
thanks for reply! I have already disabled Windows Update for prevent this problem but don't help.
I can send you the license request before and after if can help to understand the problem.
