dont open titansimulate -no acw

hello everybody, please help me...the ACW Service has not been installed on this coputer...i dont know what''s ACW...thank very much!

The ACW Service is used to allow the Virtual Panel to talk to the Titan software. To check it, open USB Expert Console from the Start menu and from the Tools menu select ACW Service > Start. It should then read service connected in the bottom left hand corner. If this doesn't work there is an option in the Tools menu to repair drivers.

Thanks for your suggestions , but I do not know where ...open USB Expert Console from the Start menu and from the Tools menu select ACW Service > Start because console dont have start menu...
