Titan V4 Recovery Error #08

I am currently experiencing this problem in our Avolites Pearl Expert, I am using a Version 4. I tried recovering the system using recovery console disc, but its giving me ERROR #08 while extracting the files into the hard disk. Now it's giving me this error message. Hope you can help me with this one.

This error message indicates that it was unable to read the files on the recovery disc. This could be because the recovery disc has become dirty or damaged.
