[Pearl 2010] Strange VGA problem

hello,

i have a strange problem with a avolites pearl 2010 console
the only thing that i can see on the extenal display are colorfull squares

anyone know what the problem is?
i already tried other screens and other vga kables

Check that the internal connections to the graphics card are secure and have not become loose.
