Sapphire touch fader problems

Hi guys. I am having problems with the faders on a sapphire touch at the theatre I work at. the console is running v9.1 and has installed ECN 0203.
The problem is when i only touch some faders they activate and jump to 100%. I added the videos on facebook for you guys to see this more clearly. (link below) (on the whole videos I only tapped the faders). as you can notice from the USB expert on screen some faders report only T(touch) state while others are messed up and give M state and a value.
