Remote problem

My Iphone and my desk can not talk

When I start my APP so he finds the IP address but not the table. UNKNOW DEVICE?!?!

I have rebooted everything several times. tried switch ip

Hi guys,
I have the remote working lovely with Titan 9.1 when I have the firewall turned off on the PC.

For security, I want the firewall turned on obviously. What programs/settings do I need to change to have the remote working through the firewall?

Must be quite simple and any help appreciated. Jake

I have made some test :

1st iphone 5s ios 9.02 app start but note see the TT2

2nd iphone 6s ios 9.1 app start but note see the TT2

3rd iphone 5s ios 8.4.1 app start, i see the TT2 and everything work.

TT2 run titan v 9.1
Iphone app titan remote V9

Any idea

This problem occur in 9.0.1 update but 75% solve this problem in globally phones by turn off firewall.
