Capture - Import Pallet picture only half loads

So... Trying to use the funky little tool that allows you to use Capture screen shots as pallet pictures. Great idea, but when ever i try to do it, only half the picture seems to come through. Its like when you used to download pictures on iMesh or Limewire and you previewed the image halfway through the download on a 56k modem.

Anybody else experience this?

Your not using a network switch or the network switch you are using is not up to the job. Please make sure you ALWAYS use a network switch when networking consoles.
