Include twice then clear light not going off ?

Hitting a strange issue on a simple playback and wondering if i've missed something obvious or it's known quirk.

I have a playback that I imported with a bunch of others from another show that simply turns a sunstrip active full on. Now it's actually not working even though it appears I have the fixtures included and dimmer set full on. Other playbacks that use the same fixtures work correctly and the mapping was the same.

If I try and "include" the playback nothing happens. If I "include" a second time the playback gets included correctly in to the programmer and the sunstrips come on.

If I hit clear the programmer clears and the sunstrips go off but the Clear button light is still illuminated and doesn't go off not matter what I try.

Any clues where you've seen something similar ?!
