pearl 2000 shape generator problems

Hey guys,
This weekend i am working on a extrem old pearl2000 because our pearl expert is not available...
So my question, i have some future light sc 780 scanner, and i am not able to playback shapes, more i am not able to enter into the playback a shape menu...
I use the newest fixture personality file and the whole attributes, for example colours or positions are working... Only the shapes not!

I see forward to hear from you as soon as possible, i am a bit in a hurry

Did you have the shape file (SG.DAT) on the floppy disk when you patched the fixtures? If not, this could be why your shapes aren't working. You can reload the shape file in System mode; there is a copy on any of the standard APS personality disks.
