titan mobile will not record submaster changes

Recently I have experienced an issue of concern. I am presently working on a tv show. On a couple of occasions I have tried to update a sub master. When I hit clear to clear the programmer after hitting merge the changed channel returns to its previous level. Any thoughts by anyone? A system restart seems to clear the problem but this is a pain in the neck.
