hi all,
Last weekend i updated our Tiger Touch from Titan 8.1 to Titan 9 with the recovery procedure.
I didn't run a full recovery because i wanted to keep me shows etc.
After rebooting the Titan Health Check announced that there was a problem with the ammount of free space on Hard Drive C and advised to do a full recovery.
We are using the Tiger Touch since Titan version 3 allready so i can imagine there are a lot of temporary update files on the hard drive from every update we ran so far, but can someone tell me if it's possible to delete these manuallly instead of performing a full recovery?
I think this is easier and safer then a full recovery?
Kind regards,
Bas

Shows are stored on D so I'm surprised. But I would just copy the shows to a stick and then do a full erase recovery.
Re: Tiger Touch - Titan9 - Harddisk full health check
I know the shows are all on D: but when recovering there are 2 options:
1 with preserving show files and 1 full recovery.
because of the description on the options I asume that the full recovery option also will delete all my show info but i believe recovery should only involve disk C:
Ps back-ups are ready but it's faster to delete some temp files instead of doing a recovery again.....

Standard preserves showfiles, full does not. With shows backed up perform a full recovery. This will be quickest and safest in the long run.
