Stopping a fixture in a shape.

Postby Sparken » 19 Mar 2015, 11:07

Hi!
This is a noob question i belive. But i have not found a solution. When i run say a Diamond shape with 4 spots in my back rig. Then a guitar solo comes and i want to use one of the spots to light him/her. What to do?

Guess its easy but i still have to learn it :)

Thanks!
Arne :)

Add a block shape to the cue for the guitar solo. Block shapes are in the list of shapes you get when you select Create Shape from the Shape Generator menu. You can choose to use the Block All Shapes or the Block P Shapes for just position shapes as required.

Normally the block shape would be recorded to a playback, I haven't checked but recording it as a shape palette might also do the trick.

It can still be a playback on the Titan Mobile executor buttons so this will definitely work.
