usb stick option

I recently purchased a 2nd hand avolite pearl 2008.
I am new to avolite. I am not sure who to write to for technical advise.
I have a problem is that I am unable to find the USB stick options under systems.
The display square next to softkey E is blank when the menu is under systems.
Please advise, thanks.

If the USB option is missing, then the console runs an older software where USB was not implemented.

I'd suggest you get in contact with either your local Avo distributor (don't know where you are located), or with repairs[@]avolites.com.

Please know that it's not simply a question of upgrading the software. Some hardware requirements have to be met, too.

i am in touch with repairs at avolites.
I am abit confused because there is a USB slot next to the floppy drive and the thumbdrive lights up when plugged in.
