Pearl Expert 7.4 - Empty Fixture List [Resolved]

I have use the programme Pearl expert recovery creator on my Avolite.

I have now try directly on a virtual Windows 7 (with parallels desktop) but same problem : DISK BOOT FAILURE

I try now with RMPrepUSB And with Pearl expert recovery creator with windows 7, with uncheck the format drive.
And it's booting

I have instal 7.1 (with dongle not found again), then instal 7.4, and instal fixture.
Result : I have my fixtures and I can patch it and used it but I can't patch a dimmer :-S A warning sign is near the address softkey and nothing happens when I click blue button or Fixture button on the external screen.
Close the end but still in trouble...

Not being able to patch dimmer suggests that the generic dimmer fixture is missing from the library. There have been some server problems today and the library is currently missing some recently added fixtures but as far as I can see the dimmer fixture is there. I will check it again.

In the patch view, dimmer is missing, also new fixture I have.

I have a fixturelibrary installer from juni and it works

So, for summarized for posterity and other newbie like me
I finally erase the hard disk with the recovery creator v7.1 and use the updater for 7.4.
The updater exe file is to run on the console with a normal USB key.
The Recovery exe file is to run on a windows OS and it will need a free USB key formatted. Maybe it need to be format with RMPrepUSB software available on the web and independent from Avolites. In this case one should uncheck the format option during the Recovery execution.
With version 7.1 I have a "dingle not found" error message, I just ignore it and upgrade to 7.4 (it will need and activation for Avolites. It need some photos and serial number and in my case a few hours).
The (...)FixtureLibrary.exe file for personalities have trouble today and some fixture are not installed (like the "dimmer" fixture).

I'm pleased you have it all working properly now. Hopefully the library will back to normal shortly.
