Titan PC Suite don´t work

i have install Titan PC Suite 7.2
after starting te `titan simulator` the only disply is see is `starting Titan...`

Sorry to hear it is not working for you; I have a few questions to try and get to the bottom of the problem. Is this the first time you have used Titan Simulator on this computer? What is the specification of the computer you are using including, make, model and the operating system and language? Have you got any anti-virus software installed?

I have use te software previously, i have a titan one dongel
i use Mac Pro 13inch (maverick)/ VMware 6 / windows 7 (all updates) (32bit)

It is possible that the shutdown file may have been corrupted, please can you close the application and delete the shutdown file. The shutdown file can be found in Windows Explorer by typing %appdata%\Avolites\Titan in the address bar, alternatively browse to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Avolites\Titan replacing <username> with the name of your user account. The file to delete is called SHUTDOWN.d4b, once you have done so, please restart the software.
