Problems with the Pixelmapper

Postby Gerrit Schottert » 10 Oct 2013, 20:31

Helo my Avo friends,

After my Rolacue Avolites Sapphire (1995-1998) and Avolites Sapphire 2000 (1998-2003), I operated for 10 years on a Martin MaXXyz.
Since today I own a new Avolites Sapphire Touch :x and after a few hours it feels very familiar.

Now I have a challenge. I cann't get an effect on my RGB LEDs with the pixelmapper.
Yes..I created a group.
On my Pixelviewer I see the effect running but a get no output on the LED's.

Does anyone have experience with this?
What I forgot or what am I doing wrong? (It will probably be something stupid  )

I am waiting for your comments

Regards,
Gerrit

This is quite a common problem. It is usually related to needing to raise the fixture dimmer and possibly setting a colour value. First thing to try is press the lightbulb icon in the effect editor window. This should locate the fixtures and make the effect visible. If, after recording the effect it does not playback you probably will need to just add a dimmer to the cue.
