Big Remote problem

Hello

I have a Problem with The Remote app.
I have a Tiger Touch and a Accesspoint.
With my iPad 4 ,iPad 2 and a iPhone 5 The Remote
Runs without any Problems but with my iPhone 4
I habe no Connection to The tt. Then i testet it with
A Other iPhone 4 and The Same Problem. With a 3 Other iPhone 4
It Runs. Now i have re- Installt The iOS 6.1.3 and The Same Problem.
When i send a Ping from The tt to The iPhone 4, The Ping is send and receivt.
Is that a Bug or what can i do???????

Together we found the problem: if you at first put the iPhone in flight mode and then start the remote, then it works.

Don't ask me how this idea came to my mind (same thing with another manufacturer's remote )
