Pearl 2008 asking PRLAVOS.DAT

hi all . Yesterday i was working on my Pearl 2008 suddenly its hang up with the blank screen . When i restart the pearl now it is asking PRLAVOS.DAT in the system switch .
Can any one tell me from where i can download this file to fix the problem . :cry:
