Fixture Exchange with Inverted Attributes

If I'm exchanging several fixtures that have inverted attributes (some of them have their tilt inverted, some have pan inverted, some both), will the new fixtures retain those specific attributes being inverted? I've actually never run into this before, so I'm curious to know what will happen.
