hi , i own a pearl tiger
i'm having difficulty in doing the following procedure , i don't know if i'm trying to do it wrong or it just don't work that way
the problem is :
i have made a chase which is color changing in a certain sequence of certain LED pars , i have edited the time and done everything right , when i raise the playback fader of the chase everything works fine
now pressing clear i assume i have cleared the programmer and proceeded to build a new scene ,
in my new memory scene i'm using my macs with a shape generator of whatever shape or color ...i want to include my chase of the LED along with the shape generator of my macs and save them all on one playback fader so when i raise this playback fader my macs will move according to the generator and the LED will change colors according to the chase ....
i have tried starting from empty programer and pressing the include button and then the chase swob to include the chase into the programmer and then continue programming the macs with anything and then saving to a new playback ...when i try to play , the chase is just not there ..am i doing it wrong ?is there anyway to do it ? or it just cant be done and i have to raise both playback faders of a saved memory and the chase fader at the same time ?

Re: chase and include question pearl tiger
You can't include a whole chase, only individual steps.
Instead you can merge the shape onto each step. To be safe I would make a copy of the chase first, then get the shape in the programmer, unfold the chase and [record step]/double tap on every playback until you have done the whole chase. Note that shapes in chases is not ideal but as far as I can remember this should work as long as you keep the shape and its parameters identical all the way through.
