"stay connected" in cue list but fire a chase on another pb

Postby lightning » 18 May 2013, 20:59

Tiger Touch.... I want to run a show via a cue list on a playback fader.. but at times I want to bring up a chase from another playback fader for "manually driven FX".. everything works fine except for... after I run the chase from another playback fader.. hitting GO no longer "drives" the playback fader with the cue list... i can of course hit the gray button above the cue list that im running and it will "GO" to the next cue.... but i have no visible display of what cue # it is currently on or what is the next cue for that cue list...

So I would take 2 solutions if either are possible..

1. be able to fire a chase without it taking over the go button/control of a currently active cue list on another playback (i do want the chase to take over moving lights that "may" be in the cue list)
OR
2. be able to find out what current cue OR next cue will be activated when I hit the gray button below the cue list...

thx for any suggestions/workarounds!

There is a User Setting for whether cue lists and chases auto-connect, you can either set it to Off and connect the cue list manually by pressing the Connect/Cue button then the blue swop key for the cue list. Alternatively put the setting to Lists so that only the cue list will connect automatically.

The playback display directly above the fader at the bottom of the touchscreen will display the current and next cue.
