Hello there. Can some one tell me the reason to install the resistor networks supplied in titan upgrade kit, what would be happen if i skip the intallation of them?
Also noting is supplied with titan upgrade kit to connect programming wing, i have a knock out spot on the back of console were apparently something to be installed. Is this someting comes with programming wing?
What is the native resolution of the monitor inside the programming wing?
Thank you.

Re: pearl classic upgrade to titan
I'm not an expert on this .. but last year I had Titan Expert out on tourand one of the resistor networks had bad solder joint/went bad and half the faders in the desk didn't work .( well one fader would bring up the other ten)
but I'm sure someone will be along to give you better info.

I think the resistors are to solve problems with faders not going to zero in certain environmental conditions.
You need to contact sales about wing upgrade. From memory I believe the resolution is 1280x960.

May be it is related to "fader noise issue" like in Titan mobile?
Regarding screen resolution, the 960 sounds a little odd, may be 800?

According to the upgrade guide the resistors are to prevent fader bleed in cold environments.
1280x960 is a standard 4:3 ratio. But I really can't remember what the resolution or ratio are and I'm not near a wing at the moment. AFAIK it is the same screen as the Tiger Touch. Why do you ask?

It would be nice to know the detailed info, specially the screen since it is most important part of it, when u baying something, that u can not see inperson.
Expert page has good amount of this kind of info under "design" tab. From the tiger touch u can reed that the screen is laptop grade 16:9 aspect not 4:3 resistive sensor and no resolution spec! That is all.

For future reference the resolution of the screen in the Expert Touch wing and Tiger Touch is 1280 x 800.
