Everything works fine in v13. But it won't let me take control of Ai in v14. Its returning an error message saying there is a software version mismatch.

However this seems to only apply to the existing fixture and layers created before I hooked it up to titan. It does allow me to add new fixtures to the existing showfile in Ai.

Is there a software update I need to do on either system?

If you are using Synergy to connect from Titan to Ai then you will need to install the matching Synergy component on the Ai server. You can find the Synergy Upgrade installer along with the other Open Beta downloads.

i've had a look there is 2 files available to download

synergy upgrade 12.1 & synergy upgrade 13

i can't find anything that references v14 beta at all, which one do I install on the ai server? and will this stop Ai working with v13
apologies for the stupid qestions, there's no other info attached to those files explaining what they are for and how they work.

Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear, you can find the Synergy Upgrade installer along with the other Open Beta downloads. You will need to login to see the downloads and select the folder corresponding to the beta you are using for Titan, the filename will be like SynergyUpgrade_14.0.#.2.exe.

The Synergy link will only work if both Titan and the Synergy component of Ai on on the same version, they are neither forward nor backward compatible. If you are switching between Titan versions you will also have to install the corresponding Synergy version on the Ai server.

I'm not seeing that in the list of beta downloads. I've attached a screenshot from my phone to this post. Perhaps you have different user permissions set for the website so you are seeing a different list to me.

Edit; I've just realised you don't get the "more..." option on the android browser. I'll take another look with a proper pc when I get home.

You need to select the row for the beta to expand it to show the available downloads for that beta.
