Dimmer Stuck at 100% in Titan T1 (v17.1)

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with Avolites Titan T1 (Titan PC Suite v17.1) and would appreciate any support.

Issue Details:
• When I open my show file, all fixture dimmers remain at 100%, and I cannot bring them down to 0% using normal operations.
• The DMX Output window shows the dimmer at 255, but the Channel Grid shows it at 0.

What I’ve Tried:
• Creating a new show file → No issues, dimmers work normally.
• In my existing show file:
• Deleted all playbacks, cues, scenes, and palettes.
• Cleared the programmer.
• Issue still persists.
• In DMX View, all fixtures show their dimmers at 100%, but in Intensity View and Channel Grid, they appear as 0% and cannot be adjusted.
• Repatching the show file temporarily fixes the issue, but reopening the file causes the dimmers to get stuck at 100% again.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
