Hi, lighting friends,

I’m trying to set up my MacBook as a backup machine in case I need to run something on the fly. I’ve got Parallels running with a Titan One dongle and software version 11.4.

During installation, it asked me to update the fixture library, which I did without issues. However, the software keeps freezing at the startup screen, where the logo fades in and out.

I’ve tried several fixes but can’t get it to work. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to solve it?

For reference, I’m using a MacBook Pro M4.

The use of Titan within virtual machines including Parallels is not officially supported. Previously I would have suggested running Windows in Bootcamp however I don't think that is possible with M-series processors.
