Hello, I have installed the titan one v17
But I don’t get the dmx output my fixtures are not working.
Do I need something settings for the correct output

Try opening DMX Settings (from System menu or via workspace shortcut) and check if a DMX Output is shown in either the available or connected column. If it is in the available column, select it and add it to line 1. If it does not appear at all try opening USB Expert Console from the Start Menu and check if it appears and the ACW Service is running (should be shown in the status bar).
