Titan one v16 on rackmount pc

Hi

well i have a hight speced rackmount PC that WAS running V16 all ok

after a day of programming, and yes i saved the show file !!! the software decided it was not going to load

hit titan go and the software would hang on the engine !

did a complete uninstall and reinstall, and the same issue of hanging at engine still stayed

i want to get his software running, and WHAT is the issue

Is there a reset script at all that i need to sort this issue out
