My PC crashed and had to reset the full reset on the PC. Now everything is gone and i have to get back the pc suite as i was using version 11.4 titan one.

I’ve already written to avolites regarding a new token as i am using back the same pc as before. Waiting on my email which i remembered the response from avolites was faster before.

It looks like you have already been issued a new license so hopefully this is already resolved. Otherwise just submit a new full license request.

I only have a temporary license for 14 days and have requested for a token for the same PC but 2 days no reply yet from Avolites support

It looks like you may have requested a temporary license. Try submitting a request for a full license.

Have already emailed to avolites. Been waiting for reply for 3 days now.

Have you tried submitting a full license request via the form on the website? According to the information available you have done this successfully in the past.
