Screen glitch

Hi,
Since I updated to V15.0 on my PC i've got this weird glitch I can't get rid off. I even tried to reinstall the titan on pc suite software after deleting everything and still got this problem. I only occurs if I have my workspace full screen or almost fullscreen. I'll include a screenshot. Is this something more of you are experiencing? or am I the only one.
