Titan Simulator wheels not working

I'm having an issue with the wheels inside of Titan Simulator. "Spinning" the wheel with the mouse moves the value 1 step forward and 1 step back. So it pretty much ends up being in the same spot as it was originally unless I move it in short bursts. The version is 11.4, haven't updated or changed any settings. Just started happening recently.
