Avokey firmware out of date

hello to everyone,
i've just bought a titan editor key and installed the version 12.1 of Titan Software. Everytime I start the program the system check says that the " firmware is out of date(3.00)". It seems to fix the problem but after the reboot it appears again.
I have always the same issue, nbo other regarding tokens or license.
With the usb expert console I see that the T1 usb dongle has non update to do.
Any Ideas?? Thanks in advance
