When I use the simulator with Avolites T1, I get an error like the one at the beginning of the video.

I get the same error on the lighting device I'm connected to, is there a solution?
Use PC is a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2020).

Re: Troubleshooting
This is the spoiler.
If you connect Avolites hardware such as a T1 you should not get this. Do you have a T1 connected?

Re: Troubleshooting
What is spoiler?
T1 is connected correctly.
I am using PC Suite version 12 and have registered the license.

Re: Troubleshooting
Did you start the PC suite as Titan Go or as Titan Simulator?
Re: Troubleshooting
The spoiler is an occasional random output of values over all channels for a few seconds.
If you run Titan Go (previously 'Titan One') with the T1 connected instead of Titan Simulator you should not get the spoiler.

Re: Troubleshooting
I had started Quartz in the simulator to prepare the show data in advance.
I want to simulate 4 lines , but Titan Go (T1) has only 1 line, right?

Re: Troubleshooting
That is correct. You can use the simulator to pre-program with 4 lines with the spoiler or use Titan Go with the T1 connected for 1 line without spoiler.
