I have just upgraded to a T2 from an old Titan One, and upgraded the software from 11.4 to 13.

I have submitted my Token for Licensing, but now i'm stuck until I get this approved, and I can't even run Simulator or T2 with a Temporary License... this option doesn't exist.

Trust me to think this was easy.

Normally T2's are pre-licensed. Is it asking for a license or is it just staying on the grey screen with a pulsing logo?

If it's stuck on the grey screen chances are it is the latter and disabling the Intel Command Center Service will fix.

No, each time I run Titan either “Go” or Simulator, it asks for me to import my token file.... which I don’t yet have.

No worries, cheers... all up and running.

Could do with a temporary license option tho, for new installs etc...

Great. I think you were probably just unlucky and have one that was somehow not licensed at the factory. I have seen this occasionally.

I’ve got yet another one that isn’t licensed!

Have requested license and uploaded my key.

Only to close this thread: the latest request has been granted half an hour later.
