Hi, I need support please to connect titan remote with my computer running titan one. My PC is connected by network cable to my router and my phone is connected to the router's wifi. The route delivers dhcp with a class C network (255.255.255.0), I already tried changing the network to a class A (255.0.0.0). In my phone I installed terminal emulator and when I ping the pc it responds. I don't know what else to try

on the pc the firewall is off.

I am thankful for any kind of help.

my version is titan 13 and it runs under windows 10, the app is also 13v

When you say it doesn't connect, does the PC appear in the app at all? Is it that the computer doesn't appear, or when it does appear it appears as an unknown device, or it appears correctly but something doesn't work when you tap it?

Can you ping the phone from the computer?

doesn't appear, only demo console
