Hi, little question,

Is it possible to send Artnet to a node (ELC dmXLAN Buddy) from Avolites V13 combined with a T1 dongle?

A T1 or Editor AvoKey will allow you to out a single universe of DMX, this can be over Art-Net, sACN or the physical DMX connector on the T1. You can output over multiple protocols at once but it will be the same universe to all of them (Line 1). In most cases Art-Net devices will appear automatically in DMX Settings so they be assigned alternatively you can add a broadcast output.
