When I try to open the trigger window it never open in the current show.
In a new show I can open it as expected.

Is there a option to deactivate it or is it a bug?

Are you sure it isn't opening on a secondary screen?

I use a laptop with external monitor but I dont expand the laptop screen and use the external monitor as the only screen.

Is there a option to show which window is allocated to which screen?

Unfortunately not. To help verify what's going on, you could disable the external screen (under [System]) to ensure that the triggers window is opening on the screen you're expecting. If you still can't see it after that there might be something more wrong.
