Hi - trying to update my titan one as I'm returning to it after a period running sound not light. I get to Titan PC suites which list all versions but when I try and download v11 or 10 etc all I get is "page not found". Not trying to down load v12 as I recognise its a new ball game but I cant get anywhere near the latest pre v12 version
Ideas very welcomed as I need to get back up to speed fast

Where are you trying to download the older versions from?

Yup thats where I tried to download v11 - tried again how and still got "page missing" message

Strange, all of the download links on that page work for me. Are you logged in? Could you send a screenshot of the exact message you're getting, including the address bar of the browser?

very weird - when I retried earlier again, following the link you quoted, I got the following:

[u][i]404 - Page not found
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
Go Home

However when I got to the list for Titan One updates by a different route on the AVolites website (which I cant remember!) I managed to download both v11.3 and 11.4

So at least I can install the latest but I dont understand the page 404 bit at all

This was due to a specific redirect that was broken as part of the migration to the new Avolites website/home page. This should only have affected you if you needed to login before downloading, if you were already logged in you would get a direct link that would not go via the redirect. This should now be fixed so you are correctly returned to the download page after logging in.
