hello everyone
my titan one is not starting i have updated it to the v12 with the key in my computer and now it is only saying starting titan as i start the software.
has someone a solution?

Please ensure you have your Editor AvoKey plugged in and then run the Titan Go application. Titan Go is the new name for the TitanOne application as it now supports T1 and T2.

I have the same situation.
with titan 11.4 I could start TitanOne with T1 dongle attached and working.

After upgrading to V12. I have done the healthchecks (firmware was out of date) and then I run the steps to go through the licensing part.
It completes successfully and then Titan server needs to start but keeps stuck on starting.

shutdown.d4b has been removed from my system.

please advice since I need to have this working by tomorrow EOD.

It appears that you have only just put in a version 12 licence request for your T1 and it has not yet been been issued. As the licensing system is different this will be required before you can run the v12 software.

In which time frame can I expect to get answer on my V12 license request?
Will this license be emailed or where can I get the acquired license once the authorization has taken place?

My timing is maybe a little short

You should have received your licence via email a few minutes ago, there will be a file attached which you will need to import into the software. You should try allow a few days for licence requests although often it may be done the same day. With version 12 you should no longer require a new licence when using your T1 on different computers.

I just received a temporary (14 day) license file from Avolites.
Just imported this license but with no effect at all.

Titan 12 still stuck on start pending and log viewer pro keeps showing that license is required.
Is this normal behaviour? although the wizard inside Titan software tells me that I have successfully licensed the product?
Everytime I open titan, I need to go through the activation process. ( I guess since the correct license has not been issued yet.)

I will have to wait for Avolites to issue the full V12 license to my console and hopefully titan v12 server will start on my laptop.

Hi,

Today I received my full license.
After importing it with the wizard in the titan software, V12 ulocked successfully and node T1 is visible in the DMX settings.
