Hi
Are there any functional differences between first and second generation Titan One? Or gives the second generation us a new wrapping only?

There is the benefit that as a separate box with USB cable it is less prone to wear and tear on the connectors. At present both provide the same functionality with the current software however in future the original hardware will stop being supported.

Is the new T1 gonna be able to be plugged into a console and act as additional physical DMX output?

This is not currently expected behaviour and I don't think it would work as the T1 would also appear as DMX Output A. If you think this would be a useful feature you could consider adding it to the Ideas page - there is already a similar suggestion for the T2.

By "in future" - do you mean we're going to need to upgrade original Titan One dongles in order to use V12 when it releases? Or is this just that support will be dropped at a unspecified later date?

The original Titan One sticks will require an additional AvoKey to run version 12, the new T1s have this built in.
