Titan one stalling on 'starting titan' screen

Hello
I was using titan one on my pc last week. The battery ran out. On restarting titan would not go past start up screen. I looked at other posts & checked for shutdown.d4b files & deleted them. I have downloaded the latest version of titan & checked firewall. I looked at task manager & it shows titan starting initially but then stops. Any suggestions?

Maybe one of the other config files is corrupt. Try TitanReset:
