I recently bought a Titan One from an online retailer having used other avolites consoles for a number of years, however I have been unable to get it to output DMX. I have been into DMX settings and checked that DMX Output A was connected to Line 1. However despite trying on two separate pc's and on two different types of fixtures, I cannot control either. I have also tried using USB Expert Console, but that too fails to output anything. Meanwhile the Green Tx light flashes normally. Does anyone have any other ideas or is it most likely a faulty dongle?
