Hi
I've been using Avolites for some time, and using Avolites titan mobile.
But since the version 11 came out I came to this issue.
I'm making a cue list, and was cueing cue by cue.
Then I tried to record a cue between cue 1 and cue 2, where I tried to record the cue, like cue 1,1.
But when I tried to record it cue 1,1 it became cue 11.
So is there a way where I can turn the option back where I can record between cues?
Sry for my English, but since I came to this issue, I didn't know how to fix it. It never happened in Avolites version 10

Please make sure you use 1.1 (fullstop) not 1,1 (comma)

In my case, record 3 steps cuelist.
"Clear" button > select some fixtures > apply a palette > "Record" button > select the cuelist > Type "1.1" in Cue Number > Push "Insert Cue 1.1"
It works.
You'd better explain how to record your cuelist in more detail.

Hey yes that I know.
It's because when I do that, it automatically record cue 11, instead of cue 1.1 I think there's some mode that is ON that need to be set OFF. But how?

I can't think of any setting that could cause this. Perhaps you could make a video to demonstrate and upload to a free file sending site? Please try to make sure it is possible to see everything that you are doing. As it's on PC you might be able to use a screen capture application.

I have the impression that this might be a language issue, i.e. windows with other language/country/number settings.
- which language is your computer running on?
- are you refering to the . on the computer keyboard or on the Titan Mobile?
- can you maybe set the language settings to English(UK) in windows system settings and restart Titan? If this is too complicated for you try running TitanEnglish: http://www.avolites.de/support-downloads/titan-english

I'm thinking to uninstall the program and reinstall it, and see if it helps.
Also I'm running the program in english.

Hi,
I had this issue the other day too, I resolved this by clicking 'Renumber all Cues' and then entering the values again. Give this a try.
