Hi,

IT departement changes something on my computer, I think they made new account but I'm not sure.

I'm able to run Avolites Titan One and could recover my old created show, however the USB dongle doesn't output (only RX is flickering) TX led is always off.

What I have to do?
I think the licensing is missing. How to import or do I have to do something else?


It's very urgent! Within one hour the show starts !!!

For some reason the DMX settings were lost.
Had a look in the manual, reconfigured Line1 (DMX:A) to Dmx Output A ExpertDmx and... problem was solved.
Luckely still have some time before I have to start
